| Weight: 133 grams History: Finder reported that a tree in their yard was being cut down when the nest was found. There were no other viable trees nearby for renesting. Finder had placed birds in a box with wood chips and leaves. The area is being cleared by loud machinery so the area is not suitable for renesting. Finder reported seeing a dead squirrel in the nest. Entire site being cleared for home construction, renesting not a good option During exam did not find any signs of inury. Bird was vocal and wobbling around. Body was slightly cool. Made sure to perform exam with a heating pad under the mat. Slightly smaller than sibling and eyes not fully open. Egg tooth present. Placed in incubator in a nest with sibling.
